4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5.1 Free Plan

5.2 Pro Plan ($12/month)

• Unlimited presentations
• Advanced AI features
• Premium templates and themes
• Custom branding options
• Priority customer support
• Analytics dashboard
• Collaboration tools

5.3 Plan Limitations

We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with reasonable notice. Changes to your existing subscription will take effect at the next billing cycle.

6.1 Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

6.2 Refunds

We offer a 14-day refund policy for Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, contact us at son.jaehoon0826@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial billing periods unless within the 14-day refund window.

6.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be processed after multiple attempts, your subscription may be downgraded to the Free plan and access to Pro features will be suspended.

7.1 Your Content

You retain full ownership of all presentations, text, images, and other content you create or upload to SlideBud. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

7.2 License to SlideBud

By using our service, you grant SlideBud a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our service. This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

7.3 AI Training

We do not use your presentations or content to train AI models. Your content remains private and is used only to provide you with our services.

7.4 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI features (including text and images) becomes your property once created. However, you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that AI-generated content meets your needs and does not infringe on third-party rights.

9.1 SlideBud Property

All aspects of SlideBud, including our logo, branding, software, design, features, and documentation, are owned by SlideBud and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our platform without written permission.

9.2 Trademarks

"SlideBud" and our logo are trademarks of SlideBud. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

9.3 Copyright Infringement

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyright has been infringed, please contact us at son.jaehoon0826@gmail.com with details of the alleged infringement.

11.1 Service "As Is"

SlideBud is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11.2 AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or biases. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing all AI-generated content before use. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.

11.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlideBud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use or inability to use our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11.4 Data Loss

While we implement backup and security measures, we are not responsible for any loss of your content. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backups of important presentations.

13.1 Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your data will be removed immediately from our active systems.

13.2 Termination by SlideBud

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or abusive behavior. Termination for cause will not entitle you to a refund.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use SlideBud immediately ceases. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

15.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute with SlideBud, please contact us first at son.jaehoon0826@gmail.com to attempt an informal resolution.

15.2 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

15.3 Jurisdiction

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising from these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pennsylvania, USA, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SlideBud regarding your use of our service.

16.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your rights under these terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.
